These terms and conditions are entered into by and between You and Share the Love, Inc. (“Jen Lilley”, “Share the Love, Inc.”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) values its users' privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or make use of our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect. Our Policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Share the Love, Inc. of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed, most existing privacy standards.

Web Beacons

Certain pages on the Website contain “web beacons” (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). IP Addresses

Our Website or our emails may link to a variety of third-party social media sites and/or websites – such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest, Spotify, Youtube, and others - as a service to you, and in order to provide you additional information and/or content related to the work that we do.

Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

All users and visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communications from us by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe from our website please use the unsubscribe button in the email you received. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Verification; Verification Method

Only you - or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf - may make a verifiable consumer request related to your PII. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. In order to ensure we do not inadvertently delete your PII based on a fraudulent request, we will verify your identity before we respond to your request. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use PII provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Right of Non-Discrimination
